Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Policy sets out when and how refunds may apply to your PinkTag ticket.

1. The 90-day rule
All ticket sales become strictly non-refundable within 90 days of the event start date (i.e. on and after 29 July 2026). Tickets purchased on or after this date are non-refundable from the moment of purchase. There are no exceptions.
2. Refunds before 29 July 2026
If you cancel before 29 July 2026, you may request a refund of the ticket price less:
- A 10% administration fee.
- Non-recoverable payment-processor charges (Paystack fees).
- Any discount or promotional value applied to the order.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
3. Name changes
You may change the name on a ticket free of charge until 1 January 2027 by emailing pinktagsummit@gmail.com from the original purchaser's email address. After 1 January 2027, name changes are at our sole discretion and may incur a fee.
4. If PinkTag cancels or postpones
If we cancel the event in whole, your sole remedy is, at our election, either a full refund of the ticket price or a credit valid for the next edition of PinkTag. If we postpone the event, your ticket will be honoured at the new date or, if you cannot attend, you may request a refund.
We are not liable for any consequential loss, including travel, accommodation, visa fees, lost income, or any incidental cost.
5. Force majeure
If the event is cancelled, postponed, or curtailed due to events beyond our reasonable control (including load-shedding, civil unrest, natural disaster, government action, pandemic, or industrial action), refunds are not guaranteed and will be at our discretion taking into account our own non-recoverable costs.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms and may result in your ticket being voided. Please email pinktagsummit@gmail.com first — we will resolve legitimate issues directly.
7. How to request a refund
Email pinktagsummit@gmail.com from the original purchaser's email address with your order reference and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.
