1. Filing a notice
To report alleged copyright infringement, send a written notice to pinktagsummit@gmail.com with the subject line "COPYRIGHT NOTICE" and include:
- Your full name, address, telephone, and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location where the alleged infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on the rights-holder's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-notice
If material attributed to you has been removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with equivalent detail and a sworn statement of good faith.
3. Response time
We aim to act on valid notices within 10 business days. We may suspend the contested material pending review.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
