1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also use related browser storage technologies, including localStorage and sessionStorage. References to "cookies" in this Policy include all of these.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Login, session, security, CSRF protection, payment flow. | Supabase auth token, payment session. | Always on |
| Functional | Remember preferences and improve experience. | Install-prompt dismissal, theme, locale. | Opt-in |
| Analytics | Understand aggregate usage. None active at present. | Reserved for future use. | Opt-in |
3. Third-party cookies
- Paystack — sets cookies during checkout to process payment securely.
- Google — sets cookies if you choose Sign-in with Google.
- Embedded media (e.g. YouTube/Vimeo) — may set their own cookies if you play a video.
These third parties are independent controllers. See their privacy policies for details.
4. Managing your choices
When you first visit the site we ask for your consent via a banner. You can change your choices at any time:
- Click Cookie preferences here, or use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and checkout.
5. Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no industry standard has been adopted. We honour your in-app cookie choices instead.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version.
