Speaker, Sponsor, Exhibitor & Media Terms
This page summarises the key terms applicable to speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, founders, and accredited media. The full agreement for each lane is presented during application.

1. Speakers
- Speaking is unpaid; PinkTag covers what is described in the speaker offer (e.g. a complimentary Speaker Pass).
- You grant PinkTag a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to record, edit, broadcast, and re-distribute your session in any medium, in perpetuity.
- You warrant that your content is original or appropriately licensed and does not infringe any third-party right.
- No commercial pitch, MLM content, or undisclosed sponsored material is permitted on stage.
- You agree to abide by the embargo dates set for any reveal-style session.
2. Sponsors and partners
- Sponsorship is governed by a separate sponsorship agreement and prospectus.
- Branding licence is limited, revocable, and only for the agreed period and purpose.
- No exclusivity is granted unless stated in writing.
- Payment terms: 50% on signature, 50% no later than 30 September 2026, unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation by the sponsor after signature does not entitle a refund of the deposit.
3. Exhibitors
- Stand allocation is at PinkTag's discretion and is final.
- You must comply with all venue rules, fire regulations, and stand-build deadlines.
- You are responsible for the conduct of your stand staff and for insuring your own stand and stock.
- No flyering, leafleting, or roaming sales outside your allocated stand without written permission.
4. Founder Showcase
- 50 founder slots are awarded by curation; the decision of the selection panel is final.
- Showcase founders grant PinkTag a recording and re-broadcast licence on the same terms as speakers.
- PinkTag does not invest in, endorse, or guarantee any founder, product, or claim made on stage or at a stand.
5. Media and press
- Media accreditation is granted at PinkTag's discretion and may be revoked for breach of embargo or these Terms.
- Accredited media may photograph and record in designated areas only.
- You agree to honour all clearly communicated embargoes and off-the-record sessions.
- Quotes from speakers should be checked with the speaker before publication.
6. Universities and academic partners
- Partnership prospectus and MOU govern the relationship.
- No academic partner is granted exclusivity unless stated in writing.
7. Common to all partner lanes
- You agree to PinkTag's Code of Conduct.
- You agree to PinkTag's Event Terms and Liability Waiver.
- You acknowledge that PinkTag is a non-profit initiative and that surplus is reinvested into the mission.
