Event Terms & Conditions of Entry
These Event Terms apply to every ticket holder, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, partner, media representative, volunteer, and guest attending PinkTag Tech Summit 2026.

1. Your ticket
A ticket is a revocable, non-transferable licence to attend the PinkTag Tech Summit (10–11 February 2027) and/or the Opening Night and Night Networking Festival (9–11 February 2027), Johannesburg, Johannesburg. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse admission or remove any person without refund.
2. ID and verification
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry. Your name on the ticket must match your ID. Re-entry requires your wristband or badge.
3. Age restriction
The summit and Night Festival are strictly 18+. We do not admit minors under any circumstances.
4. Right of admission reserved
We reserve the right to refuse admission, eject, or ban any person who breaches these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law, or who behaves in a manner we judge to compromise the safety, dignity, or experience of others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Security and prohibited items
You consent to bag and person searches at entry. The following are prohibited: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, professional photography or recording equipment without media accreditation, drones, laser pointers, glass containers, outside food and beverage, branded merchandise from non-sponsor entities at exhibitor stands.
6. Photography, filming, and broadcast
The event is photographed, filmed, recorded, and live-streamed. By entering, you consent to your image, voice, and likeness being captured and used by PinkTag and its authorised partners in any medium, in perpetuity, worldwide, royalty-free, for the purposes of reporting on, promoting, and archiving the summit. If you do not consent, do not enter.
7. Code of Conduct
All attendees are bound by our Code of Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate ejection without refund and may be reported to the South African Police Service.
8. Programme changes
The programme, speakers, sessions, and stages are indicative only and may change without notice. No refund or compensation is payable for changes to the line-up, format, or schedule.
9. Health and safety
You attend at your own risk and assume responsibility for your personal safety and belongings. See our Liability Waiver. You agree to comply with all venue safety instructions and applicable public-health regulations.
10. Alcohol
Alcohol is served at Night Festival venues. Excessive intoxication is grounds for ejection without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service.
11. Refunds
All ticket sales become strictly non-refundable within 90 days of the event. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
12. Cancellation by PinkTag
If we cancel or postpone the event in whole or part, our liability is limited as set out in the Refund Policy. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or any other consequential loss.
13. Lost property
PinkTag is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of after 14 days.
14. Governing law
These Event Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
